Welcome to TICKETPLUS, thank you for using our platform. We ask you to read carefully the Terms and Conditions below, which govern the use of the website www.ticketplus.cl and the purchase of tickets and other associated products through it.


FIRST: Background.

  • TICKETPLUS SPA is the owner of the software, brand and other copyrights and intellectual property of the platform called "TICKETPLUS".

  • TICKETPLUS respects current legislation in the exercise of its business line, especially Law No. 19,628 on Protection of Private Life and Law No. 19,496 on Protection of Consumer Rights.

 

SECOND: Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

The Buyer or User, when registering and / or creating a profile on the Website, in order to acquire tickets for events, must previously and fully accept the Terms and Conditions established on our Website. The Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically, the modifications governing only for the events that are published by the Event Organizer after the aforementioned notification. From that moment on, the document that is available on the Website will be understood to be updated.

Given the above, we recommend our Users to review the Terms and Conditions frequently and, in any case, always before making a purchase of tickets or E-tickets, so that, in case they do not agree with them, stop using our service.


THIRD: Conditions of Use of the TICKETPLUS Platform.

To use our TICKETPLUS Platform, first, the User, in this way a profile for exclusively personal use will be created. To create the User profile, personal data is requested that the User must provide. The User guarantees and declares in this act the veracity, accuracy and validity of their data. The User will respond for the damages that originate by the breach of the previously referred obligations.

It will be the sole responsibility of the User to keep their information updated on the TICKETPLUS Platform. The User is solely responsible for the veracity of the information he provides when registering his profile.

The User's account is personal, private and non-transferable. For no reason should you allow someone other than yourself to enter this site with your account, or share your secret key with third parties. By using the password assigned to the User's account, it is presumed that the person who enters is effectively the User and not another. The User must strictly comply with the aforementioned Terms and Conditions.

In the event that the User forgets their password or password, TICKETPLUS may modify it by assigning a new one for it, encryption methodology will be used. After the change has been made, TICKETPLUS will inform the User of their new password so that they can freely choose another, modifying the one assigned by TICKETPLUS.

TICKETPLUS may require the User additional information for a specific event in which he wants to participate. In these cases, the information will be requested at the time of buying the ticket through the internet. The information provided by the User will be stored for the sole purpose of delivering it to the Organizer. TICKETPLUS is responsible for ensuring that this information is only received by the Organizer of the event and undertakes to keep it protected. TICKETPLUS uses the highest technology to protect the personal information of Users, however, we inform you that, to date, there is no mechanism that is completely immune to cyber attacks from third parties that seek to intercept or obtain information in a illegal or unauthorized.


FOURTH: Conditions of Sale.

The main business of TICKETPLUS SpA is the sale of tickets and products associated with events of various kinds through the TICKETPLUS Platform. In order for you to purchase the tickets or tickets you must enter www.ticketplus.cl, where you can find the billboard of events that you can attend, the date and place where they will be held, and the prices of the different tickets or tickets.

TICKETPLUS will sell tickets to Users through its Website and only, in certain events, will it physically sell them at the entrance to the respective event or in another place that the Organizer determines for the event.


The final price of each ticket through TICKETPLUS will be made up of the following concepts:

  • Base price of the ticket according to the chosen sector or the type of ticket chosen by the User;

  • Service Fee charged by TICKETPLUS for the selected event. The service charge is charged for each of the tickets purchased and corresponds to the ticket sales service provided by TICKETPLUS.


The Organizer will set the Base Price of the tickets, as well as the characteristics of the event and the place where it will be held. In the same way, the Organizer guarantees the correct execution of the event and its safety.

The User must review the details of their purchase before confirming it and, subsequently, only if they agree with all the information provided, finalize the purchase of the ticket.

TICKETPLUS, by virtue of the provisions of article 3 letter b) of Law No. 19,496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, expressly informs that no changes, refunds or returns will be made by the sole will of the buyer once the purchase process by the buyer who purchases one or more tickets to an event, that is, there is no right of withdrawal. 

In TICKETPLUS you can buy your ticket or E-ticket through Tranbank debit, multi-box, electronic transfer; Khipu; Transbank credit; Servifácil (available in Líder, Acuenta and Ekono Supermarkets); Servipag; and, Cash Multicaja.

The transaction will be subject to verification of the User's data by the bank or another, as appropriate.

Each registered person is limited to the purchase of 6 tickets for each event, unless there is another maximum limit established by the Organizer, which will be informed in due course.

We reiterate that before confirming the purchase through the TICKETPLUS Platform, the User must carefully check that their personal data is correct and that they are updated and that the data of the event, which they wish to attend, exactly match their interests. We also reiterate that no changes, returns or refunds of tickets are made by the sole will of the User, except as established in the seventh clause on the Ticket Return Policy.


FIFTH: About the Delivery of Tickets.

Once the purchase of the ticket (s) by the User has been confirmed, the corresponding E-Ticket will be sent to your email, according to the information that the User provided at the time of registration. Each E-ticket contains a “QR” code or another code of its own, which will be validated at the entrance door where the event will take place.

The User may print his E-Ticket or present it from his cell phone, in order to attend the event.

It will be understood as "ticket" or "ticket" to that receipt printed by TICKETPLUS that grants the right of admission to an event; and it will be understood as "E-Ticket" to that receipt that the Buyer receives in his email, which contains a "QR" code that grants him the right of admission to the event.

The ticket is to the bearer, so it must be kept with due care, avoiding possible damages that could prevent its validation when entering the event. The User will be responsible in case of loss, theft or deterioration of the tickets.

The E-Ticket can be printed as many times as necessary from the page www.ticketplus.cl, without prejudice to the fact that the code used to enter the event is unique and can be validated only once prior to entering the event.

On occasions when the Organizer also requests the sale of printed tickets, TICKETPLUS will issue them under a thermal printing system. In relation to tickets printed on thermal paper, TICKETPLUS informs that they should not be exposed directly to the sun or extreme environmental conditions, since the ticket may be affected and, with this, it would be impossible to use it. Additionally, it is recommended not to supply heat or cold to the printed tickets so as not to alter the security elements contained in them. Such circumstances could alter the printed tickets or tickets and, eventually, render them unusable.

The User will be responsible for the loss, theft or deterioration of the tickets that are already in his possession. 


SIXTH: Ticket characteristics.

E-tickets or tickets are acquired through the Website www.ticketplus.cl, or through the authorized physical points of sale, as appropriate. These E-tickets or tickets are valid only for the day, time and event specified, and cannot be used for other events no matter how similar they are. The only exception to the provisions above, will be in the event that the event is postponed, which will be timely informing the Users, who may choose to: (i) use the ticket in the event that is scheduled to replace the one that it was canceled; or, (ii) request a refund of the total amount paid for the ticket. 

E-tickets and tickets are bearer, so the User is responsible for his E-Ticket or ticket once acquired through the Website www.ticketplus.cl, or through a Point of Sale. After verifying the code at the entrance to the event, the same code will not be able to be used again. Therefore, the User must take due care and avoid the loss, theft or deterioration of the ticket.

E-Tickets and tickets are not refundable, unless the Organizer allows it or there is a postponement or cancellation of the event according to the policies established in these terms and conditions.




SEVENTH: Ticket Return Policy.

TICKETPLUS, by virtue of the provisions of article 3 letter b) of Law No. 19,496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights, expressly informs that no changes, refunds or returns will be made by the sole will of the buyer once the purchase process by the buyer who purchases one or more tickets to an event, that is, there is no right of withdrawal.

The aforementioned is without prejudice to cases of return of tickets due to cancellation of the event, modifications of date, time, place or others that differ from what was originally reported to the buyer. If the event is modified or postponed to another date and time, the buyer may choose between: (i) the refund of the total price of the ticket (which includes the Base Price plus the Service Charge) according to the terms explained in the next paragraph; or, (ii) keep your original ticket, which will be valid for the postponed event.


The Organizer must authorize the return of the net amounts collected for tickets, through the TICKETPLUS platform. The Organizer must indicate to TICKETPLUS the procedure to follow to make the correct return of the money to the clients, which will be published immediately so that the User has clarity in the way in which they should proceed so that the money is reversed. From that communication, both the price of the ticket value (Base Price) and the Service Charge will be returned, that is, the entire price paid by the User, depending on how the ticket has been paid. TICKETPLUS Streaming is a ticket or ticket sales system for live or pre-recorded broadcast events over the internet. The Organizer will define if the benefit is obtained by charging a specific price or voluntary contribution. Once the payment has been made, a link is sent to the email that the Client has indicated at the time of purchase or contribution, as appropriate. This link will direct the Client to the transmission of the event. TICKETPLUS will accept refund requests only in the following cases: a) if the live broadcast event (live streaming) fails to take place, either due to the absence of the protagonist or due to the non-broadcast; and b) Failure to send the link to the email indicated by the Client. TICKETPLUS will not have any obligation as a representative regarding the tickets sold or delivered directly by the Event Organizer without use of the TICKETPLUS Platform, or that have been delivered by a third party outside of TICKETPLUS as part of a contest, invitation, courtesy or other similar . The returns of these tickets must be coordinated with the institution or company that delivered them, leaving TICKETPLUS exempt from any liability that may derive from it.


EIGHTH: Copyright. 

The Organizer may prohibit the entry of cameras, recorders or other devices or similar devices (with the exception of cell phones), through which it is possible to record the event or activity in a visual and / or auditory format, in order to protect the copyright of the artists, performers or performers of the event.

In turn, at the entrance to the event or activity attendees may be registered in order to fulfill the objective established in the preceding paragraph and, in the same way, for security reasons. In the event that, after registration, it is found that an attendee carries knives, alcohol or another that affects the security of the event, their access to it will be prevented.

TICKETPLUS may have content from third parties, that is, content from legal or natural persons other than the Organizer, on its platform or with links to third party sites. TICKETPLUS has no interference in the content provided or published by said third parties on the TICKETPLUS Platform. In cases where third-party information is published, TICKETPLUS will warn the Organizer that has delivered the information about the need to have the respective authorization in order to protect the copyright of those third parties.


NINTH: Data Protection and Privacy Policy.

The use of the personal data reported by the User in his profile must be previously consented to by the User and will have the following purposes: (i) Validate ticket purchase orders; (ii) Improve the information and commercialization of the products and services provided by TICKETPLUS; (iii) Feed the TICKETPLUS database in order to carry out automated data processing for consumption analysis by the Event Organizer; (iv) Propose improvements regarding the User's experience regarding the events they attend; and, (v) Be used for commercial purposes of TICKETPLUS and the Organizer of the event where the client purchased a ticket.

The transfer of information to third parties without prior authorization from the User is prohibited, that is, to legal or natural persons other than the Organizer or TICKETPLUS.

TICKETPLUS uses the highest technology to protect the personal information of Users, however, we inform you that, to date, there is no mechanism that is completely immune to cyber attacks from third parties that seek to intercept or obtain information in a illegal or unauthorized.

The User may always exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their personal data. The foregoing will be made effective by means of a written communication, attaching a photocopy of your national identity card or equivalent identification document, to the email consultations@ticketplus.cl.

TICKETPLUS does not store information related to the User's means of payment, nor does it carry out a validation process of the information that the User registers in their profile, so it is the User's responsibility that this information is updated and truthful. In the event that the Client does not wish to receive communications, they may request their termination by sending an email to marketing@ticketplus.cl, stating their refusal.


TENTH: Responsibility.

TICKETPLUS is responsible for the website www.ticketplus.cl and for the purchase of tickets through it. The Organizer of the event will make available to Users all the necessary information so that they have a full understanding of the event, especially it will inform about the type of event, the place where it will take place, the date, time, location, etc. The Organizer will be responsible for the lack of veracity, accuracy and validity of the information made about your event.

TICKETPLUS undertakes to review the website www.ticketplus.cl and the events published on it frequently. In the event of detecting an error, TICKETPLUS will immediately inform the Organizer to modify the information as soon as possible and thus avoid damages to Users. TICKETPLUS uses the highest technology to protect its TICKETPLUS Platform, which does not absolutely prevent third parties, commonly known as "hackers", from infecting or damaging the Website. 


ELEVENTH: Responsibility for Event.

TICKETPLUS acts as agent of the Event Organizers and is in charge of the sale of tickets and associated products through its TICKETPLUS Platform. That is why the Organizer is directly responsible for what happens in the event, whatever it may be, about the cancellation or postponement of it and about the safety of the attendees. TICKETPLUS has no responsibility in any area related to the event and is only responsible for the website and the sale of tickets through it. In case of problems during the event, whatever they may be and that are not related to the E-Ticket, please contact the Organizer of the same. The Organizer is the one who executes the validation process of the tickets in the place where the event takes place. TICKETPLUS may be additionally hired by the Organizer to carry out the validation process.


TWELFTH: Inactivity of the TICKETPLUS Platform.

The TICKETPLUS Platform may be inactive in the following cases:

  • Scheduled maintenance: which consists of the scheduled shutdown of the service in order to carry out its maintenance.

  • Force majeure: for the purposes of this instrument, circumstances that could not have been foreseen, or that, foreseen, were unavoidable, and that prevent the affected party from complying with their respective obligations under the Terms and Conditions will be considered as cases of force majeure. . The foregoing, in accordance with the provisions of article 45 of the Civil Code.
